Oh come on, you'd have to be retard if you can't read the quotes just because the white background is missing.

No you probably don't have the same problem, but because of the quotes, the info area (where it shows your avatar and posts count, etc..) is moved over into the center of the screen, perfectly covering up the text. The only way I can read most of the posts is if I copy and paste the text underneath into microsoft word or something.

And not to mention it is annoying scrolling down for 5mins to get to the next post... well, not 5mins but you get the point.

And it also occasionally temporarily deletes the last post from my screen now and then, and recenters them so far off to the right that you barely know it's there.

Probably cause you are still using Internet Explorer (tip: Don't use anything integrated with Windows. Protip: Don't use Windows) or fashionfag-Opera. Just get Firefox or Chrome (unless they still make you sign that "anything you ever write using Chrome belongs to Google" contract... Which I doubt, after the shitstorm it created). None of my 3 computers have that problem, Ubuntu with firefox, Windows XP with Firefox and Windows 2000 with Firefox.

Well firefox is good (and better) and all; however, I completely HATE the layout. Explorer usually never lets me down; idc if it's outdated.

Even so, this "quote" thing is one of the only problems i've encountered in a long time, that can be corrected on firefox.

Don't forget the security vulnerabilities that come as a default with IExplorer... And if you don't like how FF lookslike, you can just download any theme you want. I'm pretty sure someone has made a IExplorer theme too, or you can just find something entirely new. That's what's the best part about it, total customizability.

I am totally unaware of the problem that you are having with the overlapping text. You should seriously switch to firefox. There are so many glitches with this forum on IE.

Well, i'll consider it I guess, but before the "quote" issues (which should be resolved soon, right?) I havn't really noticed any glitches on the forum with IE (well, except the homepage, as mentioned in a diff topic). Believe me your not the only one trying to convince me to switch, lota my rl friends are too.

I'll probably switch eventually

...eventually

(note that this is in response to deadape, I didn't "quote" so I can actually see what I typed lol)

Everything else is just as much of a pain in the ass. I just installed some Mac desktop "wigits" and a cooler task bar.
My Protip: stick with Windows 7 and fuck with it. Not as hard to use as Vista.
