Role-play Idea: Hitman
I have been working on this idea as a role-playing game, so after reading please post reviews. and/or suggestions.
The game is called Hit-man, the concept behind it is that there is a mob boss being escorted by a security team around liberty city, and there is a hit-man out to kill him. The Boss is driven in the Maybach that spawns at the Mob Boss House. They drive around, making occasional stops as requested by the VIP.
General Rules (Applies to Everyone)
-No Explosives (RPG Grenades, C4 etc.)
-Obey Traffic Laws
-No shooting from inside a car
-No Boats
The game should not start until the convoy is ready.
Rules For VIP (Mob Boss)
-There is only 1 VIP
-The VIP can only have Body Armour, a pistol, and a knife
-He Cannot Drive a car unless all nearby security are dead
-He Cannot fly Helicopter
-He has the final word as to where the convoy travels, and who is in his car.
-He has the final word as how the security is positioned in his car/convoy. (Example: He could say that he wants 3 cars in his convoy with his car in middle, with one bodyguard in his car with him.)
There are two main types players in the security team, the bodyguards, and the drivers, for this reason, there are rules that may only apply to one group.
b]Rules For Security Team[/b]
-Allowed Body armour, SMG, and Pistol
-Bodyguards can carry an additional Pump Action Shot gun or assault rifle, not both.
-No police cars can be used in the convoy.
Notes: Although there are appointed drivers, if they die, a bodyguard can drive the car.
Hitman Rules
-Only 1 Hit-man for 1-5 Security, 2 for 6-10, 3 for 11+
-Allowed Body Armour, and all other weapons excluding explosives.
-Can use any means to kill VIP (Example: He could steal a police car, pull over the target car, then attack the VIP)
How the Game Ends: The game ends if the VIP, or Hit-man Die. if there are multiple hit-man, then the hit-man can either join the security team, or stay away from the convoy/hit-man until the round is over.
If a driver/bodyguard dies, then can rejoin the convoy after the VIP is no longer under attack. (Ex. If the driver dies, and spawns near the attack, he cannot interfere with the attack until the VIP is safe.
General Notes:
-Although the VIP can be carried in a helicopter, this can only be used for point to point transportation, and it can only be with a maverick. After landing, the VIP must return to the car.
-It is encouraged for the Security team and VIP to communicate plans threw cellphones so the hit-man can not here them .
-Although it is encouraged for the attacks to be brief, sustained firefights are allowed.

the idea sounds good the only problem is it sounds quite hard to kill the vip

This sounds like a good idea I would definitely play it. Also I do not see a problem with it being to hard to kill the VIP you could get a cop car pull him over then just shoot him in the head.

We used to play something like this. Basically what you said exactly, except the VIP is given a set route
ex: Museum to bottom of Algonquin.
The hit team sets up at any point or even multiple points on that route ready to ambush the convoy. A well organized ambush can win instantly. We used to get semi trucks to pin down the VIP car at intersections and then have sniper teams mop up.

Used to do this all the time with my friends before I joined UX (and my Life games took off). I don't even have to play to tell you it is extremely fun. Definately should play it sometime soon.
Question though.. I may have my settings in mind, but what game setting do you use?
Free mode or Team Deathmatch?
Blips on all, off, leader, team?
Respawn distance? Time? Location?
etc...

To respond to eaustinn's question. I am not 100%R sure what game-type or settings to use. When I played with friends it was free mode, however TeamDeathmatch may be a better option.

sounds very fun, but it would be better to have a few hitmen not just one...

I still remember the prisoner one we did a lonnnng time ago and we used a semi to pin the bus in a corner

This looks extremely fun. I was already imagining different scenarios as I was reading. Anytime you are hosting one while I am online, just message me and I'll be there. My GT of course is G00EY LOUIE. There is two zeros instead of O's in G00EY so it confuses some people. See you in Liberty City.

I feel like blips should be off, that way the Hitman won't be automatically identified as another player (enemy). However, for the Hitman blips should be on to give him a slight advantage seeing as there will only be one of him and 5 of the other guys, if that's the case. If you can even do that, lol.

i agree. blips should be off but on both sides so the hitmen have the element of suprise and also if this was real life, the boss wouldnt even know if there was gunna be an attack. these are just ideas but its still fun.

Yeah, I can just imagine pulling up in front of the VIP at an intersection and wasting everyone inside the car with the MP5k...hahaha. Someone should definitely do this.
