Test Drive Unlimited 2

Just trying to get an idea of how many members already (if ever) have this game. I've owned it for about a month now, and while online servers are still a little buggy (working on patches), i'd say it is a good game.

If you have it, post below. Maybe we could get a race (or club) going after this? I already have 1 club up and running right now.

NOTE: This is purely recreational. I am not planning on doing anything "official" with this game in UX.

Depends on how much you considered it "fixed".

I'd personally say yes, but it's more so about 80-90% fixed. Still a few problems, but mostly minor (compared to how the game was when launched). Right now a main issue is that there are so many people stressing the servers they crash occasionally, but Atarti is working to fix it asap.

Even if you do buy it now, it is not like your buying a "bad version" of the game. They are regularly releasing patches.

Stuff they resolved already:

- online stability (more so)
- randomly corrupted files restored (including mine )
- Weather enabled offline
- Club / MyTDULife fixed and running (just a little laggy)

Casino is also up as well if you are getting the DLC, but Roulette is still disabled due to an exploit.

These "terms" may not sound familiar, but it is nevertheless a fun game. The map is fricken huge if anything.

I do have the game and I had played it quite a bit (I would make serious bank doing the $1mill race and the car escorting jobs until I crash head on into a tree..). I wouldn't mind trying it online. I suck at racing games but I think it would be fun to team up with a few people to play.

I wouldn't really consider it a racing game, but more so a "driving" game if that makes any more sense. It can't really be compared to other games like "Forza 3" or "GT5". It is in it's own class imo.

But yeah sounds cool i'll keep an eye out while cruising around.

Test drive unlimited two is a disgrace to the gaming industry, It's functions suck donkey dong, the mechanics are completely unrealistic and the servers are like that of 89 year old engine gasping for dear life. All in all: Bad game

Erik my review is 100% accurate, Your just to much in love with the game to admit it.

thank you!!!! I completely agree and I have played it erik.

though I will have to buy it again because eaustinn is on it like white on me!
that and it IS the only game of its kind where you can cruise and seeech.

*though they left out all of the amazing muscle cars that make cruising great*

yet I digress, even if I own it I will still beleive it to be the worst racing game in history

TDU DLC2 has been announced!. It has been 5 months since the last DLC and it was 5 months before that when we were told of the first DLC's existence. I personally love TDU2 and hope this DLC will pull them out of the deep water when it comes out in february next year when the game will be celebrating a 1 year anniversary.
I know TDU is not the most loved game but this is the only hope that Atari has to save their company, so i urge you guys to support this DLC

DLC2 released about a month ago, and they have fixed some of the glitches associated with it. There are also rumors going around about something big for DLC3, which I doubt will ever happen.

But Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends releases tommorow. It will be fifty dollars and include 51 Ferraris on 31 different closed tracks. It has been developed by the team that built NFS Shift. So if you are a fan of Ferraris or a fan of NFS Shift, this is the game for you.
