A truly inspiring tale of courage and redemption.

Now, I don't think anyone can question Dohboy's heroism.

Only one thing left to do.

Find the ghost bandit. Kill him.

You guys are missing out on some of the best stuff in Armed Assault.

Anything good in particular? I tried playing the campaign of Arma, but it seemed to be just a list of scenarios with the really bad robot voices (ENEMY MAN, VERY FAR, EAST).

Those robot voices are just something you've just got to get used to. The way the voice is structured means it will always be like that.

I'm talking about using that mission editor and making scenarios. If you guys AREN'T like Kiwi and can mod your game without destroying it from the inside out (You know, like most people *cough* *cough*), I know a bunch of mods which can make a fantastic experience from the single player perspective, and cooperative.

Armed Assault is all about creating a realistic and challenging experience for the soldier. Most FPSs give you environments that are designed to make the enemies easy to distinguish, give your friendlies a giant green tag over them to say they're friendly, and hold your hand throughout the game. This game is built on camouflage being effective, long range engagements where you probably can't see the enemy, and team coordination to complete objectives. (I know some of you are probably going "Being taktilol? OK then charlie alfa tango boss, you got it!) There really is though no better feeling than completing a daunting task against the odds through superior tactics and methodology. After all, Armed Assault is just the civilian version of a military simulator used by police forces, the United States Marine Corps, the Australian Army, and probably others, called VBS.

Anyway, if it at all sounds interesting to you, (or if murdering zambies ever gets boring) any of you guys can ask me how to work the Mission Editor. It's quite possibly one of the most powerful editing tools that's ever been included in a game. It's not really as complicated as one would think though, with a little bit of knowledge, you can be making scenarios that rival in comparison to BIs. Maybe not their cutscenes and scripted sequences, but definitely the broad spectrum. I know that five years ago when I was playing OFP and ArmA I, I would've killed for the information on how to run the Mission Editor. I had to find it out all on my own, but now I know enough out of it to make in-depth missions if I try.

Hey Jag, a little birdy told me you were making some Arma scenarios to play. Any feedback on that?

I have a few I44 scenarios, other than that the scenarios I've made require at the least CWR2. I also run ACE for the wounding system, and ASR for the AI.

Did Kiwi also tell you have he fails at dodging bullets? Horribly?
