Help me (video editing related problem)

As soon as I open it in Vegas Movie Studios:


So i have a serious problem what i've been trying to work around for about a week now. As you can see in the video, there are no interlacing lines. Whenever i bring any video into Vegas Movie Studios, it instantly gains interlacing lines. I do not know how to fix this. The its not as simple as just "De-interlace your videos." because I've tried that. If they aren't there, I shouldnt have to. I getting really frustrated because my quality drops quite in order to de-interlace the video which is what i dont want.



If anyone can please attempt to help me here that would be amazing because Im completely out of ideas.

Hold on i may actually be able to fix your problem I can't say for certain but i have a hunch

What do you think the issue is? (Add me on stream again, you can remove me after if you'd like. I cant chatbox im perma banned from is by Erik. ) I currently trying to look up any info i can that might help, but cant find anything.

Someone helped me, and we managed to figure out the problem.

A combination of things in vegas movie studios. Basically i had ruled out a few things without thinking about the fact that my current videos are not of the same quality as before
