Any good FREE photo editing Softwares?

Hello Guys, I just want to know is their any Good FREE photo Editing Softwares out there that don't require a long download? If so please leave the download link here.

Just get GIMP. It's what I use, and it's great. Just google it, should be the first thing that comes up.

I didn't like GIMP that much but it's probably the best choice. I use Paint.NET for pretty much everything I do.

I love Paint.NET, but I've been trying to use Photoshop more so now.

Gimp, though i do use CS3 mainly though.

I used to use GIMP frequently enough to the point where I was pretty decent at what I needed it for, but Eagle got me to try Paint.NET and I found it way more intuitive. Then again I use image editing software mainly for creating stuff like what I made for MSPC, not editing photos.
