Glad you had fun. Click on the achievements button at the top of the page, its in the navigation bar. The image on the left is all of the COD4 achievements. Most of the time we can tell if you've earned one in a game and we will write it down, but you should always tell me anyway incase I didnt see it, or I forgot The leaderboard shows the top 15 players on UndeadXbox.
