Really need help about rar files

Ok when i try to download programs like zmodeler it says find or save and it used to be that i could run it and it downloads and it just gets saved on my computer if i hit save. If i hit find it goes to this microsoft page saying cant find the text or whatever. It gets saved as a rar file and I dont know what to do if you guys can help me That be awesome.

when you download it as a rar file it is definitely somewhere on your computer try finding it in you programs or even random places

Get winrar to open it. But first delete system32 otherwise you can't open rar files.

I got supernzb I opened some of my files for mods and im gunna try them out..
