new gametype idea (Mafia vs NOOSE)
back before the days i was at this site me and my friends used to play a game i made
**flashback time **
Now I dont know if their is already a gametype like this on the site, but if so oh well this one may be better or something
Gametype: Mafia vs NOOSE
played on: team death match
- blips on team only
-respawn is set to airport
-weapons all
summary: Every player spawns at the airport (which is a no-kill zone) and collects weapons. The mafia team can collect the following weapons:
-AK-47
-Uzi
-Body Armor
-Molotovs
-any handgun
-one mafia can use a sniper
NOOSE can collect the following weapons:
-AR-15
-MP5
-hand grenades
-Body Armor
-and any handgun
once the Mafia have their weapons they may take some helicopters to any point of intrest/interactive building in Liberty City (provided it isn't cheap like the Majestic or something else along those lines). Once the Terrorists have their spot they then get 5 minutes to fortify it with vehicles. Once the 5 minutes is up the Mafia must call the NOOSE and alert them where they are.
Now unlike alot of other custom gametypes, this one actually has a scoring system for the Mafia . Once the Mafia kill every NOOSE that tries assualting their stronghold, they've survived a wave and thus earned a point. Because its team deathmatch, once the Mafia are overrun there's no need to make another game the two teams just switch roles.
Rules:
General: If you die you wait at the airport, that simple
* the players are split 50/50 into teams
* no usage of vehicles except for reaching a destination and barricading
* once the Mafia survive 6 waves they get a 5 minute peroid to collect ammo from the air port (i would advice that the Mafia take turns getting ammo so they're barricades dont vanish)
*once the Mafia survive 4 waves they can bring back one dead team member
* no rpgs what so ever
NOOSE-
*NOOSE can use any vehicle to reach the stronghold but cant drive them into or near the stronghold
*once a NOOSE member is killed he must wait at the airport in till another wave is allowed
*if the NOOSE are being dropped of by chopper you cannot land it directly in the middle of the stronghold
Mafia-
* cannot leave the perimeter of their stronghold
* cannot pick a stronghold that is ridiculous for the Mafia to reach (the abandoned casino is a perfect place to play)
*one Mafia can use a sniper rifle
* for every 5 waves the Mafia survive the NOOSE can decide if they want gunship support

I played something exactly like that called S.W.A.T back when airassault was around, i don't know if he made that or UX did...
