what does it all mean?

So im playing assassins creed 2, and i find this symbol. So i use me eagle vision and i go into this like mini eye spy game, and im looking at this old painting and there iss binary hidden in there so i went online and translated it "Sumerian. Me 23." I also got a like 1 second clip, im pretty sure it was to naked people running in a space ship. If anyone has this game please discuss.

Yea I have 2 clips. The conspiracy in the game is so crazy, I really like the puzzles like the ones with the paintings and the CORE similarities. (Playing the first one I knew what it meant.)
