A tad bit curious.

Ive seen alot of emphasis on remaining active here. So as one of the new dudes I must ask, what constitutes staying active? For instance, I only start a convorsation if a topic truely amuses me...while i am easily amused it is rare for me to start a conversation based on that. I raise this question because ive been on forum type websites before and a good 84% of them demanded a daily post to "remain active". Soooooo... yeah...

What is meant by staying active is that you come to the site every now and then. You can get news about things, such as if a game might get delayed or canceled. You can post as many times you want but don't be a postwhore. That what I see as being active on the site.

Everyone who posts regularly or at least once in a while on the forum are players that we are pretty fond of and often play with in games other than zombies. We know that these kids care about the community and dont just sign up and never visit the website ever again. Plus visiting the website at least once a week can be important because games get cancelled or delayed sometimes, or there might be other important info to know. See I bet that there are going to be a bunch of mad people who are wondering why they did not get invited to tonights game, yet if they had visited the website any time this week and looked at the calendar then they would find out that the game had been cancelled.

When you send a friend request t might take a while to be accepted since whoever is controlling it might not check it right away. Don't worry, it will be accepeted

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but do you really need someone to answer how active you have to be? Is it that hard? You look through the latest topics area at the front page, if there's a topic that catches your eye, post something. It's not like you just make yourself a welcome topic (which is unnecsesarry. read FAQ), and then come back to the site monthly and leave one or two retarded posts.

Staying active is what you would think staying active means. It means coming on the site everyday or so and posting.
