AC130 footage

Im sure most of you have looked up ac130 footage after playing COD4, or mw2. This is a really good video, I never realized how realistic that mission was. Its' amazing how we are in a losing position with tech like this.

I haven't. I think it's really cowardly to attack completely defenseless people, no matter how bad they are. I have no respect for the people why fly those planes, manufacture those planes or kill people with those planes. But I don't admire the people they are shooting at either, after all some of them are behind terrorrist acts on civilians who are also completely defenseless...

Might I ask why you hate them? Is it because it gives an unfair advantage over the people you are fighting? Is it not fair that we can bury their faces in the sand before they can fire a single shot from their pellet guns? I appreciate and love our aviation technology and everyone who uses it efficiently.

I know you don't like the terrorists either but this is an easier way we can dispose of them seeing how they don't appear to have any aviation technology of their own from what I've seen

I never said I hate them, I just don't respect them. And yes, it's exactly because of the unfair advantage.

And I know it sound stupid, after all, they have to do anything to win the war. And by doing so they are saving the lives of thousands, which is a good thing. But still I can't respect someone who is killing all those people from above the clouds without even risking his own life.

Wait, the whole point of war is to get better technology than the enemy, and to get people off the front lines? The AC130 shows this perfectly. That was a Taliban encampment by the way they were talking. I don't think a lot of civilians were there.

That's the point of new technology, trying to win wars without putting anyone in danger. That's why we are currently developing nano suits so our soldier won't even have to worry about getting bit with a round, he could go Rambo on the enemy and he would come out with barely any scratches. I respect everyone in the armed forces whether they're just sitting in a chair in Arizona controlling a Predator in Afghanistan or these C130 guys.

They all deserve respect.
