I dont see where it says that users might have trouble updating games. But GL with that. If its just a problem with the service, then it should be up and running later today or tomorrow.

Idk. My friend has the same issue. Xbox wants to take his Xbox and replace it because of a driver issue. I doubt that is your problem, though. Try updating on a different game. Or clear all the updates and redo them. Could just be corrupt...
