...to make a zombie game: Cool

( Someone might have already posted this but anyway YOUR BOUND TO HAVE: NEW IDEAS ) Smile

What would it be called
Highlights of the game
Other Background information

I would have the game similar to GTA IV only:

It would be called: ( Not sure on this Neutral

)

Cars would have a fuel gauge
Shops were you could loot miscelanious supplies ( Guns, food, med kits, walkie-talkies ect. )
The zombie skin came in bloody pedestrian clothes and not just the yellow undies
that could be assigned to computer or human controlled,
...which could attually bite and claw
Your own guy could be:
assigned to a specific job which granted different skills
had a hunger, sleep/tired/ infection guage and could replenish these buy gathering supplies ect.
Shots that cured the infection ( Very rare though )
Backpacks that could carry med kits, grenades and stuff
Buildings with interiors could be barricaded, used to store supplies and to use as a safehouse
At night you could be equiped with a flash light
You could actually shoot through windows! ( In the GTAIV When in burger shot ect. the windows are bullet proof )
Windows could be barricaded/boarded too
More country side
AND LOADS MORE ZOMBIES! ( zombie animals like a few bears dogs ect. )

I`ve seen in many films - Zombies different moving stances. Whats better:

Running/sprinting zombies or
Walking slow zombies?

Probably if you have running/sprinting zombies there would have to be less/ or more survivers to make the game easier/possible

Then walking and slow zombies came in massive numbers/hordes

I personally prefer walking slow zombies in massive hordes

I agree with what you said except, it needs to be a first person MMO. Also no zombie animals or any other mutation. Zombies should be something to fear in the game, not something like in L4D where you fight entire populations by yourself like its nothing.

Yea in L4D, your given a different impression towards zombies. They should be made afraid of instead of something you expect all the time, through-out the game as in L4D.

You just described a mod for gta 4 for the pc that is in production and is in a beta phase.

Although knowing the makers of these mods they will probably give up but it is looking good so far.

All you need are these 2 mods along with the first person mod and it is the same thing you described with no animals of course but zombie looking peds and slow moving ones.

With the PC version of all games there is alot more freedom in the way games are compromised, and modified. So that isn`t really surprising that there is a mod already in the making, for GTA IV, the PC version.

Yes its working now but its using alice script i think we have to dl that stuff for it it may work for the current asi loader we have and it may only work on sp ill try it.

Srry I wasnt on last night there - I was watchin a scary movie ( some movie called "Hide and seek" it was good ) Smile

Till 1:30am here (match was at 3:00am) and I set my alarm for 2:20am.

Lets just say I wont be using that alarm clock ever again - I`ll use my phone instead Laughing

Ill be there for the cops and crooks game tonight at 8:00pm/1:00am.
Its not that late so there will be no excuses for any alarm clock - DEFINITELY see you there
