Good idea?

I was thinking about creating a text-based rpg game with a theme like Metro 2033. Not sure of any of you have played it? It's Mediocre. But would have a good rpg feel. I would also put zombies maybe instead of giant rat people.

But i have no idea were to start. Could somebody please help me make one and we could be like co-owners?

Wait, wat? I am a tad confused. A text based RPG? Would it be like multiple decisions give or take away from you character or even change the ending? Also, Metro 2033 wasn't that bad by most people. I can see why you found it do be mediocre at best, but most people found it be fun.

Regardless, I felt intrigued by the story based off of trailers and ratings. I would like to see where this goes.

Not saying its not a fun game. It just feels like b-game probably from not enough spending or something.

And the rpg would be like you have a character that you control and other people have characters. You all just interact in the Metro 2033 world and I was thinking you could go to a abondoned station make it into a civilized area with guards ( NPC ) You could then put your own government in place like communism , facism , imperialism , deomcracy , republic. You could also put in like taxes on trade so every time someone traded or buy/sell something you get a percentage of the currency.

There would also only be about 50 stations all with little side-perks so all the players want control. Theres alot of posibillities i just dont know how to make on.

uhh pretty sure its not mediocre so you should rechange that word before you get a punch in the face.

Pretty sure its my opinion.
