BioWare Countdown Ends, Major Nelson gets Hacked

Fans of Mass Effect and Dragon Age: Origins waited since last week for the mysterious countdown on Biowares website to end. Most people (including me) assumed it would be DLC for either or both games because of the amount of DLC already released for both games. Unfortunately as the countdown came closer to zero the BioWare website was flooded with traffic, crashing the servers. When the website came back up we found that the countdown was for an online auction selling artwork, gaming hardware, and apparel.

In other news, Major Nelson's account was hacked this weekend. A youtube user put up a video that showed himself going through Larry Hyrb's profile, reading off his friendslist, personal info and even changing his location and bio.

Apparently the Game Room sucks as well.
