RDR Multiplayer Idea

There are several gangs on this forum so I was thinking we all should have bases unpopulated by civilans that we should operate out of. But the bigger gangs should have bigger bases.
6-8 Large Base
4-6 Medium Base
1-3 Small Base
So list your gangs bases.
Give name of location.
And give list of members.

No join the law (USPD maybe? Idk wat it was called back then). Together we'll take down crime in this nation!! Whadaya say?

Local towns were just the Police Department, although eaustinn I would just call yourself either a Pinkerton agent or a member of the early Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Pinkerton's of course was a Private investigation group at the time. Gained popularity after it foiled a plot to kill Abraham Lincoln in the 1860s.

Now that Now that you brought up the whole police department thing in the 19th century, was there even any organized police force back then or did the townfolk just choose someone as their town sheriff?

I believe the Sheriff was elected like a mayor, and he appointed deputies.
