eaustinn's zombie idea made me think up one, wanted to see what you guys think.

Scenario: To Die For


A group of tourists come to liberty city to see the sights, and wander the Liberty City art museum. The outbreak happens while they are at their hotel (not sure which one, maybe at Playboys, maybe the rooftop of the building near the construction site). Strangely enough, their first priority is not survival.

These survivors love art so much, they get it in their heads to go save the paintings and such from the museum before the city is completely destroyed. And so as one survivor runs for transport, the others fight their way across the city, one bloody over-run block at a time, to the Museum in central park.

Upon arriving, each survivor must try to defend the building while waiting for the chopper or a van, battling off the undead to save the works of art. When help arrives, each survivor must go from the top of the stairs in the building to the helicopter twice(since we can't actually carry anything, we just have to pretend) once each survivor has carried his or her share, they defend the chopper for the others(so it would be best to split the group in two, one running and one defending).



I dunno, what do you guys think?

That's actually pretty good idea. I always wanted to see more of the museum being used in scenarios but couldn't think of an excuse to do so.

this sounds good, hey there have been alot of different scenario ideas, why not put a thread for new scenario ideas? then if deadape wants to see them he doesnt have to go search for them.

It could use a tiny bit or work, but otherwise, it seems pretty solid.

and i thought Fin hated everything lol I'm glad some of you guys liked it

Might I recommend you to use TBoGT If your gonna do a Heli evac as there is a ladder to the roof where in the normal GTA there is not.

There is a ladder to the roof on normal GTA. However ladders in gta suck, they lag and make it look like someone is climbing up when they are actually at the top already.

I was thinking no for the ladders, for the main reason that you couldn't really carry paintings and vases up with you. Besides, makes it harder for the zombies if the survivors just have two people watching the top of the ladder (and we all know I have their best interest at heart)

I know it's not perfect, but I was playing around in the museum and the idea just kind of hit me

And yea, it would definetly need some testing first, but i thought I'd throw the idea out there
