issue with RDR

Alright so everytime I play red dead redemption i get disconnected from xbox live this happens half the time anyone else have the same problem?

Try buying a new Xbox and see if thats the problem.

thats happened to me with a few other games, what i would suggest is resetting your router (if you have one). That fixed the problem for me on the games it was doing that. and just reset it about once every 2 weeks.

it happened with me a few times too, but I'm not sure what the problem was. I just re-started the modem and it worked fine

Nope never had a conenction problem try some of the things the above people said.

I have a problem where sometimes if I spawn my xbox freezes and I have to restart. Not every time but every once in a while it will do it. Kind of annoying.

And garquin I would just restart your internet.

Ive restarted my internet and I it will sometimes disconnect also I can't just got by a new xbox my money tree won't allow it

First off, check your cable isn't broken. Also if you have restricted NAT, it could be the cause. Or you could call your ISP for professional help.

Their servers are shit. Connecting to a room can be a painful process for me. I am still on live and still talking to people in parties but, joining a game is impossible.

Also, try turning your modem and router off for a good 30 minuets or so. By that point, your internet provider will notice this and will end up renewing your IP address. It fixes most problems but, if you want to do something quicker, than reset the modem and router which is just leaving them both un-plugged for 30 seconds.

f it still doesn't work, get a network specialist or if you like to have nothing accomplished, talk to your internet provider.

The exact same thing happens to me nearly everytime.
Ok I don't have the greatest connection In the world but In games like MW2 i can connect to a game within a few seconds. It's just Red dead. I googled this about a bit and apparently Rockstar made a patch although nothing has changed for me
