Super Loathe

This is how I feel to the ER doctor who helped me yesterday >.<

On thursday I had to go to the Emergency Room because of an abscess on my leg, which was caused by some horribly un-balanced chemicals in my uncles pool getting into a scratch I had.I now have a hole on my shin big enough to fit a bank roll of nickels in (literally, and it goes all the way to the bone) because the doctors had to cut out all the dead skin, and I have to walk with a cane. On a scale of 1-10 in pain, sitting or laying is 5-6, standing up about 8, but walking is 9-10.

They told me to go in yesterday afternoon for a follow up, so i showed up at exactly 12, hoping to get it over with (they packed the hole itself full of gauze, and had to replace the "stuffing"). The random doctor I got was in such a rush to get to lunch, he pulled the stuffing out with no anethetic, and jammed more in without actually checking anything. Before he ran off, i reminded him he still needed to cover the fucking wound again, and asked him if I could get a work release form for a week, because i'm scheduled for 8 hour shifts every day. I also asked for some more pain medicine, since I can't really walk without my leg feeling like it's going to rip open, and I'm almost out of what I got thursday.

He only gave me a pass that excuses me untill tomorow, and refused the medicine, so now I only have about 8 pills left (one every 4 hours). I have to go back tomorrow for the same thing, and I really hope I get a different doctor

Ouch, that sucks. My Mom's in the medical field which really helps avoid the "bad doctor" situation. Good luck getting what you need for that leg.

went to the doctor again sunday, they out me on some Anti-Biotic IV's for 5-6 hours, checked back yesterday, they said it should be healed up enough for me to go back to work in a few days. I have pics if anyone wants them lol

well they were in ww2 jag and besides that I'd say they turned out pretty good for not doing anything.
