Well as some of you may know that my multiplayer save for red dead redemption has become broken and I had contacted Rockstar about it that was a month ago and I had just gotten a email about it here it is

Dear Greg,

The multiplayer save for the game is stored local on to the consoles hard drive rather than the online server, is not un-common for games to do this.

If you find that your multiplayer save has been reset back to level 1, then it would suggest that the save has became corrupt, the only advise that I can give to back the save to a USB flash drive in future, so should the problem re- occur, all loss should be down to a minimum.
