Official Zombie Nights are always 10pm EST on Saturday's, as mentioned in the FAQ.
Please read the FAQ for any other potential questions you might have. After that, I or another member will gladly answer any other questions you might have.
Unofficial zed nights might be hosted at random by staff occasionally, but do not have a set time; they can be completely at random (this might answer your question better). I wouldn't worry about them though. In short: There is no set match for zeds on Friday for GTA4.
