Does anybody know what might be wrong with my xbox It wont let me join anybodys party sometimes it just wont give me the option sometimes it says joining party for 15 minutes then say can not connect please wait forever....also when i went to open a map on halo reach i clicked the map name and another completely random map showed up help please?

mine does that please wait thing and it always says cant connect what affects mine if someone if using th internet the same time thats why i always have shit connection
