I was looking at some helmet variations for soldiers and I came across this peculiar mod that make the helmet look a lot like somthing straight out of Gow/ Halo

A guy I played Paintball with last year was telling me about these, and how horrible they are. Apparently they get in the way ALOT, and they're extremely hot and heavy.

Those have been around awhile. They are used in sandstorms, so soldiers don't get mouths full of sand. Also, there is nothing quite as grand as hiking two miles to the nearest latrine in the middle of a sandstorm.
