I sent a friend request to one of the gamertags we are supposed to befriend. But he has not added me. Are they all active?

Friend requests on the tags are accepted or declined once or twice a week (Saturday around 7pm EST, and mid-day Sunday sometimes).

All pending friend requests will be addressed then. Nobody will ever have a friend request pending longer than 7 days. If this occurs, please contact me by PM.
