Unfortunatly its not the real thing, but if it was id go for the granny with the shotgun for lols. wish it was real but i really enjoyed the old left 4 dead for its scary atmosphere but that kinda got ruined with the second one.

It was made by YouTube user E3Vidz turned a missing children PSA from Amber Watch Alert into a spoof trailer for Left 4 Dead 3.
