Castle Crushers is a good one a little bit price-e but its not that bad
If you like Classic styled - Gore fests I'd recommend The Dishwasher: VS
Battle: Los Angeles is kinda the Call of Duty: Alien Warfare
But all depends on what you like

From Dust was just released. Its' very fun, you play a sort of god who can manipulate the earth. Its your job to protect your tribe from natural disasters such as tsunamis and volcano eruptions. The physics in the game are awesome, and the game is somewhat pretty.

Battlefield 1943 for the best WWII arcade title.

Toy Soldiers is supposed to be really fun, and the newest installment comes out this month.

From Dust was a lot of fun.

I've always had a place in my heart for a difficult platformer like Super Meat Boy.

Oh, and I would say get Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, but not many people play that anymore.

The deadliest warrior games are fun and also Street fighter: 3rd strike comes out on the arcade August 24.

Get Monday Night Combat for 15.00$
It's kind of like Team Fortress only a little bit more action and work needed to win
Really damn good game!

Oh and also check out the Indie Game
Decay Part(s) 1-4
Pretty good for a few dollars

Monday Night Combat is good, but definitely not worth 15$. 5-10$ is more like it...

And good Arcade games? Well, not arcade, but Xbox Originals has a couple good titles. Like Psychonauts, Fahrenheit, Dreamfall, Fable, Max Payne... as for actual Arcade titles, Beyond Good and Evil HD, and the Monkey Island games come to mind first.

Well I personally have had a lot of fun with Trials HD and Toy Soldiers. But these games are both pretty expensive. I recently purchased Castle Crashers and have been playing that game a great deal. It's a blast
