Can't be fixed, it's not like you can roll-back to a previous save state or anything.

Just start adding people back, if they were friends worth having I'm sure they'll send you a message.

My account got suspended due to dodgy payment options so my friends got cleared but no deleted so its all fine now Thanks for the help.
