The Screen for my Videos are small on youtube anyone know why

In all seriousness, just post a screenshot of it because to me it sounds like you have your player set to the smaller mode, but i have this feeling like you're actually talking about your own videos.
(on my phone so if you actually did post a pic i cant see it atm)

If you're referring to the fact that your latest video seems to be surrounded by black borders, I think that has something to do with your aspect ratio. I of course have no idea what this means.
Assuming you have a Hauppauge, save your videos in 1440 x 1080. That's the best setting I've encountered so far, though I need to test it out.

Someone told me it was windows live movie maker
Then someone else said that my tv was not in hd

If you're that concerned about the size of the screen on youtube, go into your video tags, and for one of them put "yt:stretch=16:9". It will probably look like shit, and weird if it isn't widescreen, but it works.
