I don't really think there's much to be said about a lady who drinks her own piss. The only thing that comes to mind is shrugging and sighing. And I suppose also eye-rolling.

And she doesn't like to eat certain things anymore because they don't produce delicious piss? She must not eat anything, then.

This is pretty normal in the far east and third and second world countries. They believe piss has healing powers. Piss does have some unused vitamins and minerals, so technically it's true too...

Like Finland mentioned; it's not uncommon for eastward countries to consume their urine. More than three million people in China alone drink their own urine for health benefits, et cetera.

I'm not really against drinking your own urine, but I'm not particularly "for" drinking your own urine. In some circumstances it may seem necessary (Throat inflammation, if you can't receive medical treatment.). But otherwise drinking your own wee wee for a recreational beverage makes me shudder.
