Microsoft vs Capcom?!!!!

I nearly shat myself when I saw this on IGN. This tuesday not only will Mass Effect 2 be released but Capcom will be unveiling an exclusive new game for the xbox 360. It is being teased on the japanese version of xbox.com and is simply a picture saying "Capcom X Microsoft."





Could this possibly be Microsoft vs Capcom? I can only hope so. Luckily we will have news soon.

Hmm sounds strange look like we gotta wait and see what it is. It might be a natal game or maybe even the return of onimusha for the 360 who knows or even just another 2d or 3d fighter.

Lol well capcom does have a tendency to charge for content that is already on the disk and microsoft is not exactly any better but they do make good games so I still support them.

2. You just defined every company ever. Capcom and Microsoft continuously release great games. You cant expect companys to be charitys, no shit they want money, who doesn't. They continously release AAA games. And if you dont like a new capcom game (dark void) dont buy it, wait for a good one.

Nuh uhh all splinter cell games were on ps2 and xbox and double agent was for ps2 as well. So Sam fisher is not an exclusive character but the others are. Lol slacker posted right when I did damn you slacker but anyways.

Well it kinda sorta sucks to be a fan of something for several years and then a company turns it in to a steaming pile of steroid infested shit, but I guess not buying the game solves all my problems...

Really, only Nintendo is the only one of the big three that has a large array of first party video game characters. Sony has more than Mircosoft, but not by that much.

The thing is that Sony and Microsoft back games, and produce them. They dont develop them. If you want to get technical, Drake isn't a "sony" character, hes a naughty dog character, but its a sony property. Just like master cheif is a bungie character.

Are you kidding? Re4 was one of the best in the series. If it werent for that game we'd still be getting force fed a shitty camera angle, age old gameplay, and a faulty lock on system. Re5 only capitalized on this, and we've already been told that RE6 will be re-constructed also.

No I'm not kidding. Even though the gameplay on the older ones of the series was faulted, it was the story, puzzles and the athmosphere that made me a fan. The last two games have none of that. True, Resident Evil 4 was a great game overall, and probably deserves better scores than most of the older ones. But to a fan of the series it's a bitter experience. The story was awful, puzzles were a god damn joke and the athmosphere was gone. Resident Evil 4 didn't really damage the storyline too much (well, they did resurrect Ada which was a mistake in my opinion) and they could have recovered from that. But after Resident Evil 5 there's no going back (literratly, but more on that once I talk about upcoming Re6). They pretty much butraped all of their own characters. They finally revealed Spencer's face for the first time in the history of the series. And killed him right after. And Wesker used to be such a smart man, but what the fuck happenned to him? He had dozens of chances to kill Chris, but he decided to "play with him" and got himself killed... Way to kill the masterminds of the series and make them look like retards.

In my opinion, Capcom should have either done what they did with Devil May Cry. Start a completely new series. Or finish the current storyline with the little faulty system (basically kill Wesker, but give him a honorable death) and THEN turn a new page on the story. They just completely changed the whole series in the middle of the story. That's what they are talking about Resident Evil 6, turning a new page on the storyline. So couldn't have they waited untill that to completely change everything else? The unfinished story didn't really go well with the new style at all...
