Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Backstory: Not much is known about the man, other than that he is a 'war veteran', or so he says. Most of what he says can be described as thoughtless jabber. In his younger years, he was said to be a respected police officer, but that all changed when he got in some deep shit with confiscated cocaine. He started a new life with a different city, a different name, and a different dream. In more recent months, he has been found in Liberty City completely broke. Anyone who attempts to approach him knows that he is very unstable and violent, but he has a heart of gold. Be careful.

How is "mooching" an ability? Anybody can do that. I'd say take out the Molotov's and this class is fair. Let's see what some other people say.
