Abilities: Every five hours he can "Fix a car and drive it for 20sec , if he has car keys he can use it and drive with the keys+extera 15 seconds, Also can "Fix other players Cars.
Scavenging bonus: Repair shops and car stores

Abilities: Can lead people to Follow him and do his insturctions, he can only be with 4 people MAX and can not be with any forms of police.

Abilities: Every day has a 40/60 percent chance of fishing up a meal has to be by a dock or water.

Well what I was thinking every day he can fish at a dock he has to stand by the dock for 4 mins and he could catch something or he couldn't
