UndeadMarine, the file he made did have a transparent background so it must be something your doing. Make sure you save it as a .png file, since .jpg can't handle transparency.

This forum platform doesn't know how to handle transparency when resizing, so you'll have to have a small enough image that it will not be resized...

My avatar is the finished product just right click and save it, then use it as yours. If you want the skull outline to be a different colour (blue, green, yellow, etc) just ask. BTW if you want Tophat big and overlapping the top of the hat instead of fitting onto the hat I can do that as well.

Requirements:

Must be video from youtube.com
Specify time zone/part you want (ex: start from 1:20 to 1:30, the part when he does a funny dance)
Link from video.

Example of first restarting of making .gifs is avatar.
