The Pacific on HBO

for those of you that don't know The Pacific is an HBO mini series that comes on every Sunday at 9pm EST. it is based off of the amazing band of brothers series except it is on the Western front of the war against the Jap's. I am mainly posting this because if you have missed any of it and want to see it they are playing all three of the ones that are out tonight at 8pm EST on HBO1.

I think this series is amazing

Holy shit dude that show is awesome. Im a huge Marine fan so I love that show. I love how they blow up tojo in that shit

waiting for part 3 to come on for me cause I have already memorized parts 1 and 2

Yea i've been watching this its pretty good. Although Band of Brothers seems to attach you to a lot more characters i find The Pacific does a pretty good job of that too. BTW Japan and the Pacific islands are on the Eastern front.

I thought you mean't Tojo, as in the Prime Minister of Japan at the time. Do you mean a village or something? I need to find a way to see this series...

By the way, it's considered the Pacific and European Theatre.

Well when he said Western Front that is refering to the war being fought in Europe and the Eastern Front being the Pacific. Unless i misunderstood you.

From what I thought, The Eastern and Western fronts were in the European theater, while the Pacific Theater was obviously in the Pacific.

Never mind i confused myself. When he said it was the Western front i was thinking the opposite mboddz would be correct, my b.

I'm gonna wait untill the show finishes so I can download all of them at once. By that time there should be proper finsubs out too for the first few episodes, and rest of them in the making.

well either way I might of been thinking of Band of Brothers because I was watching that when I posted so maybe I was wrong.

ahh yes i watched the first episode yesterday.It seemed pretty good.

missed part 4 while watching part 3 lol

I cant really connect with the character(s). They only really have one guy and it doesnt really show you what anyone is like. I think so far the second episode is the best.

Well i haven't gotten the time to watch any of the episodes yet but i did watch all of the episodes of band of brothers, that was a awesome series i got to say
