so i figured this may be a bit late, but i figured i would post one of my hobbies to kind of show people what i do for fun, enjoy....if this works. its just a quick video one of me and my friends made when we were doin parkour on saturday. im the one in green

Well 2 things in this video surprised me.

1. Your not short

2. This isn't a video about 12 year olds jumping over stuff. Or not so much at least. You guys can do some fancy backflips which is kinda cool.

lol if you like parkour, edmonton is probably one of the best cities in canada for it, but other than that, your absolutely right its a shit hole. and maybe im paranoid, but either im stupid or knoxevilles trolling again XD

I don't do parkour, but I like to climb high buildings and search underground tunnels. Too bad there's not that many around the area I live at.

ive always wanted to try parkour, or at least free running, but ive run into 3 problems:

1. no place to freerun/parkour

2. my collarbone (clavicle) is still healing from when i broke it snowboarding on Feb. 12th, then had to have surgery and a plate put in it 3 weeks later cuz it wasnt healing right

3. i cant do the little roll after a high drop (safety roll?)

dude im still healing from boken bones in snowboarding too, i still do it, and the safety roll is easy why would u not be able to do it?

when ever i try to do the safety roll off of the, lets say top of a set of bleachers on to a mat (this is before i broke it) i always go into a barrel roll

ok redrum, what you do, is make sure the arm that your landing with comes down before the rest of your body, then tuck your head under that arm and roll at kind of an angle. just practise youll get it
