Bad company 2 new game mode, ONSLAUGHT

N/M, here's some info,

Onslaught is bringing co-op gameplay to Battlefield for the first
time on console. The new game mode puts you and up to three
friends against the enemy on Valparaiso, Atacama Desert, Isla Inocentes
and Nelson Bay – redesigned with new lighting, time of day, added
vehicles and other effects. Each map has a dedicated gameplay focus,
requiring different levels of teamwork in order to complete the
objectives against an onslaught of enemy AI. Vehicle warfare comes to
the forefront in Atacama Desert while Nelson Bay focuses squarely on
infantry assault. Players can compete in squads and check individual
progress via the dedicated Onslaught leaderboards.

Senior Producer Patrick Bach had these few words to say about Onslaught
mode “We want to consistently support the fans playing the game with new
ways to get into multiplayer and also challenge the elite players with
new experiences to improve their performance online. Effective squad
play is the key to success in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 multiplayer and
this new mode will provide players with a dedicated environment to test
their team skills and rank against the competition.”

This looks pretty cool, although none of my friends have battlefield bad company 2 or play it. I hope to see how this new game mode turns out.

I'm really tired of every game in existence, throwing in a "Horde Mode" gametype and calling it Cooperative Mode.

@Marine - Idk if you will (but you probably will see me on anyways). Got into multiple matches today where literally everyone was camping or spawn killing. I couldn't even get off one shot. Unfortunatly, i'm too stubborn to leave while negative so I kept trying to kill these noobs... I did... a couple times... but they always go back to the same spot... and they have the highest pitched 9-year-old voices ever........ I went 6 and 51 that match

Sounds awesome. And to the people who are saying there friends dont play BF....well about half of the community owns it, so theres always plenty of people to play with.

That sucks... You probably had a very newbie team. Also if you were playing hardcore tat could of been one of the factors....

We should host a night or something, I'm always down, and plenty of people own the game.
