Xbox Banning system is broken

Ok so i go to play xbox today and i try to go online and its says ive been banned.Not a perma-ban but still a ban. So i go and check my email and its because my motto was violating terms and was apperenlty offensive to some people. My motto was " Don't Question Me". I'm not sure if its just me but i see nothing wrong AT ALL with this. Thankfully its only till friday, but damn what the fuck. Has this happend to anyone else or am i just getting fucked over?

My friend was banned for putting " Code of Conduct". Wtf?

probably cuz too many people use that "Code of Conduct" thing. it gets kinda annoying after a while

If you really want to look for a reason, read the Xbox LIVE Terms of Service. See if anything is wrong or fits into the category of 'Don't question me'.

Although I can't help but think that it might be something other than 'Don't question me'.

Or it could be bunch of fuckheads reporting your profile because you beat them in a game.

hope i dont get banned for referencing jesus in my motto..
(also have a GTA4 reference of GetALife in my bio... yeah i think i might be a target)

no but thats the thing is it even says its my motto that was breaking the terms and conditions...they really got to look over the reports even if they have to hire another 1000 indian people to check them over .

Yea if you havent fiqured out already they dont really review anything. I think as long as you get 25 complaints for your motto, name, etc, you'll get banned. In the case that its your name alls you do is change it, for free.

I heard it was alot more than 25. Probably just an error on their part. Too bad you can't really fight it.

Over 85% of the people I have played with have spent the time to write something bad about me, the others wrote something nice (3 people out of probably >9000) or nothing at all. I also mod, hack, w/e and openly talk about it and post videos every once in a while. Yet, I still have not been banned/suspended/ or even had my motto changed.

Well, "stealth patch" for my Xbox is having an updated firmware that isn't detectable with exception of one value which can change for hundreds of other reasons. I mostly just "backup" games anyway but, the fact that I have modded online with subtle to pretty obnoxious changes surprises me as to why I haven't been banned.
