I got all the achievements
Beat it 6 times
And got to 752 on the leaderboards

Yea, unless you get ending A which is building the bike and giving katy the zombrex. In ending A there's a small bonus mission after Jed.

Ye i've got all the bike parts except the handle bars but i've got it saved an hour before I have to give Katy the zombrex so i'll just get the handlebars next time I load it, kill Jed, build the bike and complete the game. BTW is the battle with Jed hard.

something cool about case zero is that your exp gets ported to dead rising 2 and I've heared that what ever ending you get will alter how dead rising 2 begins

The only bit I found challenging was staying within the time frame for the missions. I saved my game at a point where I couldn't get back to the office in time which I had to do to complete the mission so eventually I just gave up because I didn't want to start a new game.

You can get up to Lv.5 in case zero which carries over into DR2 which is cool on top of that It's fun to play and It's only 400 MS points so I'd say It's money well spent hope this helped influencing your choice. Very Happy

You can buy 400 points off the xbox.com marketplace for £4.50 that's what I did took less than a minute.
