IF this guy wins this case, I should sue EA games for making hockey games without my consent, because I played hockey in High school.

There is no point, this lawsuit is just like all the MC Hammer cases, the guys old news and flat broke so he's looking for any way to make quick cash without working for it.

Well since you can successfully sue for spilling hot coffee on yourself (in which is clearly hot), I suppose anything is possible.

Still though, I doubt he'll win the case; I agree with cry completely.

It's just the American culture, we're "sue happy".

There's no way this guy's winning this. Rockstar has dealt with much greater cases than some guy who thought the game was about him. He wants a quarter of the games profits. I can't believe this. xD
