We don't have a topic for this I don't think so I started one. Was very skeptical about this remake at first but apparently its coming along nicely. Check out IGN's hands on with what they saw at comic-con

Yea I've seen the trailer already. I didn't like the first person part.

I think I saw that he had artificial webbing devices. That is nice. I hope the Lizard isn't ridiculous.

Raimi and Maguire both dropped out of the project, so Sony just decided to reboot the entire series.
I think they've only got a certain amount of time on the Spider-Man property before it reverts back to Marvel and they wanted to get a new film out.
