The virus has to start somewhere. I'm just saying each zombie has its strengths and weaknesses

Walking zombies: Spread through bites, can only be killed by destroying the brain and can only walk
Running zombies: Starts as an airborne disease, easier to kill and can run.

I go by these rules so each zombie has an advantage. Also each zombie movie is different and everyone has there opinion but going by these rules i would pick walking zombies.
