Lack of team work problem

In every game I play there seems to be a lack of team work, like there should be a fire team, support, snipers, (medic or engineer if the game has it). But there seems to be everyone wants the car and leaves his team and dies or everyone rushes head on and dies. The most fun I've had was playing Bad company 2 where we had snipers up high, a fire team of rifles, grenades, and rpgs with some tanks and a helicopter. Engineers were on base for the heli to land and repair behind the tanks to repair and medics to help all the foot soldiers and revive them,. Best game, won by a crushing defeat. Why is it, that everyone runs to the nearest car or chopper and leaves everyone else? This is true in all games usually.

Not everyone works well in teams, its just an unfortunate fact..........................................btw i will continue to run for the helicopter seeing as me + meatshield + any two person air vehicle = genocide

Yes not everyone works well in teams, but not everyone out of a team of 15 should be a lone wolf and leave with a helicopter that requires other people to shoot anyone, if anything its just bringing us down wasting a good helicopter on one pilot who's just gonna jump out a parachute in the middle of the base, this is madness!

That's when they're being selfish, though, and just shouldn't be involved.

It's a game. If people are feeling tactical and you can get a chain of command going, more power to the team, but if not, there isn't much you can do about it. I don't know what to tell you. Just hope that things work for the best.

If worst comes to worst, just remember it's a game. No harm no foul if you lose now and again.

I've found that when people aren't team players, it's usually because they are more effective in a lone wolf role. In my case, I work well with a team, but prefer more of a support role (medic, pilot, etc.)

We have a very large community of people how have all proven to follow rules, listen, communicate, and play together in a team

Use the community to play some games instead of using a matchmaking service that sucks a bag of dicks (ie a computer can not tell if you play nicely whit others)

So meet some people and play some games, i guarantee you will have so much more fun while you chase the high of the first team based game

I understand its a game, but most people who do try to "lone wolf it" suck. Its not a huge deal its just that the most fun is when people talk and work together. Like i just played a black ops game where a guy took charge, we won by a landslide. It was fun. I just dont understand why people team kill, cheat ,or go alone. Like you said its a game, but at least play it halfway decent

I do that to, fire support, distraction, or medic. Like i said most people who lone wolf it suck, dont even use stuff they are given to help a team, like throw a medic pack or help take down a tank or car, notice how i said most and not all

Oh shit, you're talking about regular matchmaking? Why are you complaining about it then? Matchmaking is filled in any game with lone wolfing, selfish, idiotic players who usually don't know a damn thing about the game. Just pray to God you get on the same team as a clan or something.

That and a few times while on a RP, I dont understand why people dont play right

RPs are subject to corruption, and by that I just mean falling apart. It happens because we've gotten used to the staff members being a part of the site for so long, that we may end up subconsciously wrecking the roleplay, although almost every RP I've been to has been pretty good, that saying, I don't go to them often.

Also, RPs end when the people start bending and then breaking the rules because the lobby has lost interest and the RP is finished. You may just be joining when this happens because this happens 100% of the time. It's actually how we determine the RP is finished.

Its near the beginning actually when subjects of problems with rules and loopholes are found and fixed, that one guy starts a team death match and no one will go back to the RP cause everyone's trying to get back at the last guy who killed him, and if it does get back on the RP they target there killers as assassins, cops, or whatever their job is.

Well not that you would know, but ive been disconnected from internet to get to undead xbox, so me and my friends practiced for a guy doing a mechinima I think its called? Anyway when we practiced swat, it was perfect, then we met the "bad guys" before the initial videotape time to practice (now that i think of it we made it up with no script before hand to be more fun) and it went well, the day of the filming however we had the problem occur with the death match, needless to say the video never made it online.

I just find organization AND randomness can go hand in hand to make it a better game, however complete madness and people being di*ks isnt fun
