Mass Effect. I've lost count of how many hours I've poured into the series, but I have 6 level 60 profiles (one for each class), 3 imported from different level 60 me1 saves. It's just a great series, and it's easy to lose yourself in the RPG experience. Once I played me2 for 12 hours straight, and I didn't notice until it was 2 am.

Singleplayer wise: Spyro 2
Multiplayer wise: Halo 3 (thanks to the custom games, my copy of Halo 3 didn't get put back in it's case for atleast 5 months)
