GTA 4 Crime Life Gang Roleplay

*note* this is for serious roleplayers only

Just thought id share my idea for a gang game on gta 4 with a little more of an rpg feel to it.
Rules:
There are two gangs in liberty city, The North Wood Bangers and the Little Bay Rollers
The lobby is split up into two different gang teams, those who are crowned as bangers will be wearing the color red, the players on the other team, the rollers, will be wearing the color blue.
Each gang will have a leader. Me and someone on the other team i appoint as leader.
The leaders of the 2 gangs will communicate with each other on a regular basis to keep a basic storyline going and different jobs and quests for the players so that the game stays interesting and fun.
This game is based soley on the ability to follow rules, and to roleplay. This game is about gangs, have a gang mentality. If you see a teammate sittin on a corner doing a patrol of the hood go up and walk with him, its always safer in a gang than on your own. If someone hits you, don’t pull your gun as soon as youve been hit, sometimes a good old fashioned brawl is funner than having a shootout.
Their will be money rewarded to players who actively participate in doing missions for the gang leader. This money can be used to buy guns, and armor from the arms dealer in each gang (this person will be picked by the leader of the gang) aswell as buying drugs to sell.
The gang leaders will be in charge of recording all the members amounts of money but it is encouraged that players track their own money aswell.
Weapon prices:
Knife- 50$
Bat- 100$
Molotov-50$
Glock-100$
Combat pistol-200$
Uzi- 250$
Mp5-300$
Pump shotgun- 300$
Auto shotgun-500$
Armor-50$
Quests:
Quests will be given out by gang leaders to the other members. These quests can be completed for money. Examples of basic quests:
-beat up a rival gang member
-driveby a party of a rival gang
-Get gang members out of your turf
-Trash a rival gang members car
-Shoot a rival gang member
SPECIAL EVENTS:
Sideshow- This is where multiple gang members come in their vehicles and burn doughnuts around in circles while other gang members test there luck and show off their brass balls as they step closer and closer to the spinning cars until, hopefully, someone gets hit.
Party: if you own a big house, throw a party sometimes. All the gang members sit and hang out and chill, fight eachother, play music, and smoke drugs. This makes for a opportunity for the other gang to come and attack, so be on your gaurd.
Race: Players Get in their cars and race through the city.
Gang meeting: all members MUST ATTEND.
No Supercars.
No Rockets.
No overpowered weapons.
• This will be played in freemode so when you are assigned to a gang you are required to wear your gangs color so no one gets confused.
• No random shootings. If you shoot someone without reason (this means if they are alone or unarmed) you will be warned once, if it happens again you will be kicked.
• This game hasn’t been tested yet, so it probably has a few flaws which i will be working on fixing.

sounds great but do you have an idea of what times this would be taking place as i am in the u.k with a 5 hour time difference to the USA

well, i am in a alberta canada, and the time zone here is 2 hours earlier than eastern so im going to try to make this work for who wants to play, this may not be on wednesdays but it will be sometime this week. im pretty sure wednesday cuz the roommates got sports and shit to go to, but im not sure.

hmm that makes it a seven hour difference unless you could host on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday i would have to pass

hmm well as i said im trying to time this to be hosted on days where all who want to can come and participate. heres two time lines that are pretty well available for me for sure.

Wednesday 6 oclock eastern (right after school should work for me on wedesdays)

Saturday-3:00pm eastern ( on saturdays unless im hung over, or at a friends house hung over, than im available to host)

once this starts running i want to try to talk to a few buddies here on UX that couldpossibly host it aswell so it plays more than once a week, this way people can play depending on time zones. I was thinking since Cazio is UK aswell he could learn the basics and possibly help host this for some of the late night UK members.

I will be hosting this on wednesday, but only if i have enough interest shown on this thread, this game can only be done with a minimum 10 players.

Seeing as I live in BC, this game type will be great for me.

Just remember when you have an event ready to go and planned out, that you post a separate "event topic" in the events section, as this section is for rulesets to gametypes.

alright great, sounds like we have a solid roundup of people, ill make an event topic, anyone who wants to play just reply in the thread and ill keep a list of people. Also, if anyone is willing to Co-host this game as the secondary gang member, give me a shout, it would preferably be someone i know though.
