really Steven works for the NSA and is trained for various types of engagements his specialties are small arms weapons (particularly rifles and shot guns) and covert insertion and extraction, steve is also an adept melee fighter.

bob tries to get everyone around him to do things for him and is not bothered to let some other dumbfuck go first and see how it turns out.

UPDATE: Some of you dont understand the meaning of "realism." Realism means the real world. I never knew that there were so many hitmen running around. Your character is not a super hero, he is a just the average joe, maybe even with a little experience. The way you show this is, for example, dont tell me your fast food worker is somehow amazing with a rifle, tell me you hunt in your spare time.
