Watch them, they are classics that are hilarious.
I agree with a lot of your movie choices, and some I haven't seen before, so I'll check those out. Thanks Slacker.

So true. Oh, I almost forgot 2 of my top favorite movies. "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" and "Rest stop" (rest stop is a "horror" movie but, if you ever need to laugh at a new movie that is just that bad, this is the one...)

Re: Movie recommendations
as slacker put in his list, I would highly recomend se7en. Puts two great actors as the protagonists and keeps you thinking till the end.
Another good one I noticed in his list is Children of Men. Simply put, its an amazing movie. A short enough summary would be it depicts the deterioration of society when humans (for bioligical reasons) become infertile

Re: Movie recommendations
I recommend one movie. A low budget year 2003 Korean movie that won some film festival some time ago. The movie just blew my mind. It's a psychological mystery thriller, ehre parts of the puzzle keep coming together right till the end, so I couldn't help to think of Fight Club at the end. So, if you liked Fight Club I can guarantee you will love this movie. But don't go check any plotlines before watching cause they will probably spoil something vital. Just think of it like this: Would have you enjoyed Fight Club if someone spoiled the ending for you? The same goes for Oldboy.

Wow, thanks for putting these down. I've been wanting to see a Wes Anderson movie for some time now, but I never got the chance. I'll try and see if my 420 points could let me experience something on your list.

I don't really mind spoilers, for anything. I get the same experience either way. I knew the ending for Oldboy a year before I saw it and still thought it was great.
Anyway, I saw Antichrist last night. Wasn't as scary or that much of a mindfuck, definitely creepy. It was rated NC-17 and for good reason. Watch it, just to see it if you get a chance.
Do you guys use any movie review site for movie recommendations? Besides Rotten Tomatoes or Metacritic, obviously. I use Spill, been a member for I think 2 years now. They got a ton of podcasts and interesting stuff on the site. If you do decide to go there I recommend listening to the Let's Do This podcast, fucking hilarious.

Agree with DeadApe. You should watch it if you haven't.
There's also a TV series adapted from the film as well, Deadape. Not as good as the film, but still worth watching.

Re: Movie recommendations
Saw This Is England in TV some time ago. Missed a bit from the beginning, but nothing too much to not get the full story. It was pretty damn good. Another great, and somewhat similar british film I saw around same time on TV was a film biography of Stuart Shorter (not anyone you should know) by his unlikely book writing friend. Missed the ending, got it downloaded on my hard drive but since there's no subtitles and some of the characters (especially Stuart) speak pretty unclearly, still haven't seen the ending. Here's a link though, definately worth checking out if you like This Is England:
