Assassin - GTA4 Community Game

[Super Mega King]

Some guys have been talking about this for awhile so Eaglendia and I drafted a tentative ruleset. Rules are pretty similar to Traitor.

-Everyone is given a target at the beginning of the round via phonecall by the game moderator.
-No one is allowed to kill for three in-game hours after the game begins. This allows the moderator enough time to inform everyone of their target.
-If you kill your target, you inherit your target's target.
-If you hunter is killed (either by you or otherwise), then his hunter will assume his target (aka you). Essentially, killing your hunter will lead to a different hunter hunting you.
-If you die, you are to leave the game area.
-Everyone gets a primary and a glock. Kill the wrong man and lose your primary.
-No RPGs, grenades, body armor
-No supercars
-Time limit will be set based on amount of people in the room.
-Game will be restricted to a certain playing area.

it kind of seems like a traitor game type except without teams and investigating more watch your back and kill the suspicious but id love to try this out some time

Why not have teams? have people as single assassins and maybe also have a couple assassin teams made of two people. then you could setup ambushes and other stuff.

Never played AC past the first game.

I think splitting it into teams WOULD make the game traitor, basically. Can you elaborate more on your team idea?

Well maybe have a couple teams of 2. The 2 people in the team work together to either kill the same target or help kill each others target. We could have some people as lone assassins and some people working together. Max of 2 per team.

Oh well sorry my mistake. It in fact reminded me of the assassins creed brotherhood multiplayer mode which had everyone had someone tracking someone down and someone getting hunted. Then whoever you kill you inherit target. with some assassins creed flair and a bit of some powers

We'll see if I have time tonight. I have some projects due that I'll be working on before and after Traitor ends; it IS a schoolnight.

First game was a pretty good success. Congratulations to the first winner: KZ Powned. We played one game after Traitor on Wednesday.

Notes:
-If you host the game, you must be available during the entire duration of the game. As someone dies, you must quickly be on hand to deal with the situation whether it be assigning a new target, restricting someone to their glock, etc.
-I set time on 45 minutes with a near-full room. I believe the game lasted twenty-five minutes total. Game area MUST be small. For the first game, we used the area top of Middle Park (the highway that runs to the hickey bridge) on Algonquin and north.
-Mic is required. No exceptions.
