It's a fucking million dollar car, and I highly doubt anyone that can afford it is stupid enough to put a child in it in the first place.

It's blocked because the car hasn't gone through safety regulations like every other car that's being sold has. Mainly because it's a 1 million dollar car and I don't think they're very willing to smash one into a wall especially with only 5 being made per year.

You're just going to go and get yourself a somewhat less exotic and expensive car. This really doesn't mean much except for the fact that nobody is exempt from safety rules, when they choose to enforce them.

Also imagine a Toyota Celica being banned from th US. Only reason why because it was to fast and no insurance company would not insure it.

@Snow - Any car that can hit that speed while being that cheap has no build quality, so it is in nature not safe. Not surprised about it.

Two, if Pagani didn't think to put airbags, the simplest of safety features in their cars, they deserve to not have them sold here.

Three, I don't think they did very much crash testing, if any at all, especially when these things cost 1 Million a pop and they make a whole 5 a year.

Where's the backing that they did? I find it very unlikely for the same reasons I've stated before.

They'll probably keep on doing this til' the car is safe. But, in the meantime you don't want someone getting killed by a 1/5 saftey test rating for the companies fault in the building.

I'm sure they'll re-release it but in the meantime they are only doing this for safety.
