You can only see one exit heading down toward the cave. Unless you were intent on taking an impractically long time, flanking seems to be out of the question.

Meanwhile, Sketch Turner notices some commotion through his cell's doorway. Grant and the others seem to be hurriedly arming themselves, likely in response to the gunfire he heard several seconds ago.

All characters at the main camp have been informed of the situation by Alan. Colfax is currently gathering a group to respond. He's looking for volunteers.

You notice the other rebel glance at the one you're speaking to.

IC-???: "We haven't seen anybody."

Shortly after that, three more armed rebels storm out of the cave and take up positions behind the warthogs. What seems to be the leader quietly talks to the speaker. Then he shouts out to you:

IC-??? 2: "I don't know who the hell you people are, but we haven't seen your friend. Now clear out of the area!"

IC-Lambert: (Whispering) "That's Grant. He's the one I spoke to on the radio. The other one's Hollis."

The two discuss something between each other, then Grant returns his attention to you.

The group doesn't have any grenades right now. Typically, security forces don't intend to fight human opponents.

Lambert is noticeably anxious.

Before you can do this, Breckinridge speaks to the group.

Breckinridge: "We don't want to move too fast here. Let 'em know we have Lambert, but not with us right now. Let's try and calm the situation and see if we can't arrange some sort of exchange. Don't make things more hostile than they already are."

Here's what i'm thinking, before you stop me i want to say that i've got enough components in my workshop to make do. We arrange a meet with them, we organize an exchange, but once we have Sketch, we blast them with something i rigged up way back when i was learning how to be a ship engineer. I called it the 'Master Exploder' back then, but i think i might rename it to the ex-wife. I digress.
There are a few components i'm missing though: Fuel for the delivery system, monomagnesium phosphate and a method of transportation. We get sketch, we follow the kidnappers, i fire it at their base of operations and we're one set of rebels better off."
